Seeing as how I'm one of those who could be hit quite hard when they introduce a congestion sharge to Manchester - and I'm not even allowed a vote on the matter - I'm not sure I should be giving any positive publicity to the YES campaign.
However, credit where it's due, the viral the pro-charge lot have put together is not bad:
